Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our handmade products, and due to the personal nature of bath and body items, all sales are final.
EXCEPTIONS – Damaged Items
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange only if your item arrives damaged in transit.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging are required.

Partial Refunds
If multiple items were ordered, and only some were damaged in transit, we may issue a partial refund for those specific units.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact: orders@batheinluxury.com
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Tip: For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
