Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

We ship with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected method.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.

  • U.S. territories (with limited tracking)

  • Internationally (select countries only)

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bathe in Luxury is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
